About Our Chapter

In October, 1973, the Tulsa Chapter was chartered by the American Records Management Association. In July, 1975, with the consolidation of the American Records Management Association (ARMA) and the Association of Records Executives and Administrators (AREA) into one organization - we became the Association of Records Managers and Administrators. We remained "ARMA." The chapter has strived to provide records and information professionals in the Tulsa area with the latest information pertaining to the industry. It also allows its members a chance to meet, network and attain personal growth.

Our membership consists of a very diverse group of industries which includes Local government, Oil & Gas, Financial, law, Energy, Transportation, and Security Vault Operations. Our regular monthly luncheon meetings are held on the first Thursday of each month with scheduled speakers on selected topics.

Chapter Information

Chapter dues are $25.00 per year. Our primary goal is to provide education and networking opportunities to Tulsa area information professionals, enabling them to use their skills and experience to the value of records, information and knowledge as corporate assets and as direct contributors to their organization's success.
