I realize how busy everyone at Nationwide is so pass this on to Lisa at your discression at a time when she is not involved taking care of her multiple responsibilities.

I first met Lisa when as a novice computer owner I needed the patience and understanding one of my age (currently 65+) needed. Inreach Internet in Stockton, California where I reside was my first and only ISP.

I have to tell you (and you may share this with her) it blew me away one day somewhat recently that I received a personal phone call from her. She had noticed my name come across one of the monitors of one of your tech people whom was assisting me with a stubborn problem. Not only was is astounding that she would remember me out of the thousands of clients with whom she deals, but she was completely up front and totally honest in explaining the underlying causes of my particular problem.

It is almost unheard of in the business world that the customer is ever actually told the truth, and virtually never is there an acknowledgement that the provider may have made some errors, etc. I am so appreciative of that kind of integrity. It trickles down to the technicians whom are always willing to give me understandable and truthful explanations when I call (which is often). Let Lisa know she and your company will continue to thrive if we customers are always treated with such high levels of integrity.

I suspect I speak for the vast majority of others who are willing to stick it out and stand behind you as long as we are kept informed with truthful information. I think the news letter is a great idea. It makes those of us who take the time to read it feel a part of the "family".
