Help Line

Do you have a question or need help with the Windows operating system?

If so, click on one of the Help Line Volunteers and e-mail them your question.
Please use Help Line as the subject of your message.
So the Help Line volunteers will have the necessary background regarding your system, please provide the following information with your question:

*CPU Type (486, Pentium II, Pentium 4, Duo, Duo 2, etc.)

*Operating System (Version of Windows you are using)

*Memory, hard drive space and any other information about your computer you can provide.

*Explain your problem and what you had previously done, or were in the process of doing, when it occurred (installing program, deleting files, downloading from Internet, etc.) Also include any other information you may have concerning your problem.
