Caddo-Bossier Windows Users Group Meeting
I would like to welcome anyone who is interested in learning about and sharing their knowledge of the Windows Operating Systems with other people, to attend our users group. The Windows Users Group was established to stimulate interest and educate users in the use of the various Windows Operating Systems. With this purpose in mind we hope to cultivate the free exchange of information and practical use of the various Windows Operating Systems. We shall at all times act in the best interest of the general public and the interest of all persons who attend our group. Members attend our group to together with other people who have similar interests in computers to exchange computer ideas and strategies. Our members participated in the quarterly ComputerSheaux, hosted by the Ark-La-Tex ComputerFest, Inc. until its termination after the November, 2007 Sheaux. The proceeds from this event were donated to the Shriners Children Hospital for Children here in Shreveport, LA. Over the years the total donation to the Shriners Hospital for Children was $165,356.73 plus miscellaneous computer equipment donations.
