FAMILY FELLOWSHIP AND RECREATION...

At Shreve City, we seek to build a family atmosphere where the church family becomes an extended family to everyone involved. The closer we stand together, the stronger our stance for the Lord. In promoting this atmosphere we schedule a variety of special church-wide fellowship events. There are also a variety of special fellowship groups, such as the Primetimers (Senior Adults) and the various Sunday School classes.

Recreation being an important part of fellowship, we provide many opportunities including softball, white water rafting, special trips, and cookouts. And we eat (boy, do we eat). We have covered dish luncheons, pizza parties, catered dinners, chili cook-offs. What’s a Baptist Church without good food, right?
